Plantation XO – Aged in bourbon casks in Barbados for many years. Then this rum is sailed across the ocean in barrels to the southwest of France. Here it is further matured in small Ferrand French oak casks. This centuries-old “double ageing“ process imparts incredible smoothness and complexity.
