Tullibardine Burgundy – The auburn hue of this whisky comes directly from its time spent in the 228 litre barriques that previously held Pinot Noir from Chateau de Chassagne-Montrachet. The nose of the 228 features red cherries and vanilla with hints of chocolate and Turkish Delight. On the palate, there is a real hint of red summer fruit, more chocolate and a sweet spice note on the finish.

Tullibardine is one of a small number of distilleries in Scotland where all processes involved in the production of our single malt whisky take place on-site, bar malting. This ensures the dedicated craft team are in control of all processes and that each whisky created respects Tullibardine’s heritage and focus on spirit and wood quality. From still to store, we manage every drop of our pure highland gold with great care and attention. At the distillery we have:
